Got 4 hours of sleep and only had 2 pieces of bread for breakfast and then a coffee and donut for lunch. Workout was shitty. Went for
OHP 135lb 3x5 only did 5-3 then finished with push press chinups 4x8 light squat day for madcow so ramped up to 225 2x5 skipped deadlifts cuz i didnt want to ruin madcow 3RM PR day tomorrow morning then did arnold press 3x8 with 50lb dumbbells and then random back machines
on the plus side, met Kennigit at the gym and say hi lol

I'd post progress pics, but courtesy of my guts not cooperating, my progress involving weight is exactly none, so all I could do would be get a slightly misleading, better quality picture, that does a better job of showing how dangerously close I am to getting kicked out of the cult of eshlow, since I'm skinny and about as shredded as someone my size can be.

I am, but it's still a frustrating thing. Especially since eating over maintenance is useless for me for some reason.
If I could put on about 20 pounds, I'd be completely thrilled. Especially if my BF% stayed absurdly low.

I was warming up with 100 kg deadlifts today and with filled with rage because of girl problems I thought "I can clean this shit", and I did on the second try. Then I did it again two more times for a total of 3 reps. Fuck yeah!

Fuck this university thing is hard. Barely slept tonight, not even at my own place. And next 3 days consists of parties. Atleast I pretty sure ill get the best kind of cardio tomorrow, haha. I did a 109kg squat for 5 without real sleep or food beforehand, which was heaviest ive squatted for couple of months. Best progress is alcohol and pussy
