Inno used a very similar opening on Thursday against Zest in Kungfu Cup where he hid his second base inside his main. Zest could have been tricked in the beginning that Inno was using the same build. Well, top level pyschological warfare here in my opinion.

I think inno would rather face parting

You cant have best of both worlds Questionable to say the least from Zest, he still almost held despite doing that even still.
Suppose that’s why 1 base allins outside of hardcore cheddar are so rare these days.

I think it's because lots of Terrans like the early stimless marine/tank pressure. There was one game where Trap blinked a bunch of stalkers on top of the tanks and they all died instantly to stimmed marines.

Trap looked pretty shaky against Bunny, and Inno 3-0'd him a day later.

Zest figured out what was coming far enough in advance to get the disruptors which is the right response, so I don't think the psychological aspect was that successful.

I guess that's also what makes zest one of hte greatest players of all time.
He sure has that killer instinct and confidence that he can simply overwhelm others with his skill.
Inno all-inning is the wrong player to do that to though

I don't miss watching infested terrans in the slightest

It's kind of cool that Zest completely fits the muscle, no brain stereotype that we all want someone to have in sc2

Why are betting sites like Bet365 not offering odds for these matches?

this is exactly what I was thinking lol
what makes this so odd, though, is that when he was at his peak, he always made the right decisions...he seemed so much more cerebral

Come on INno. If he just wins this I'll have fewer doubts about my TSL5 bracket.

For whatever reason, in the TvT games I watch blue Terran always seems to have a small edge over red Terran.

Inno all-inning is the wrong player to do that to though True that with Zest, suppose warp prism back stabs are such standard practice now autopilot might have set in, or a misread or w/e.
Zest would be up there for me, probably below herO in winning games with ballsy decision making that even as a viewer with all the information shouldn’t work. Keeps the game fun!
So pumped for this TvT too

easier way to say it for Tasteless, starcraft is one of very few games where you constantly need BOTH hands to be playing

Yeah, it's kind of weird cos in HotS I was a huge fan of his decision making and ability to adjust on the fly, for me that is still his peak (maybe not in actual skill, but he seemed much more well rounded despite a slight weakness in PvT)
I appreciate his play in LotV but he is seemingly been so one dimensional since his initial domination. Even though his results improved after his (2017?) slump, his actual play hasn't really impressed me, other than his very nice builds.
