Europeans also defended their homeground against Koreans who train in Korea and play in Code S.

This is an interesting way to look at it, and I can't say i disagree.
We make the distinction between Foreigner and Korean because of the Korean training and competing in the GSL, right?
So is Sage really a Korean in the Starcraft sense? It's an interesting question.

Foreigner is such a dumb term nowadays with everybody having their opinion on it. Should just as well stop using it.

I wouldn't call the Ministry of Win a team house, I would call it a vacation.

I just don't give a fuck about where the players are or who they represent tbh, I just watch the games & cheer for the players I enjoy, dno why everyone feels the need to always talk about X vs Y, just watch the goddamn games I_I

I know what you're trying to say, but how should we look at this? Just because these players are born in Korea it doesn't make them genetically superior at Starcraft right?
So if we take away their training environment and they move overseas why do we continue to call them " Korean " instead of Foreigner?

But how much korean was forGG when he trained at the millenium house and participated @iem and so on? By his definition forGG is a foreigner. So our win percentage against koreans is even better!

They still play the game there though. If you want vacation you go to Korea and GomTV house.

Korean: A Korean player living in Korea or living outside of Korea and placing well at tournaments/A foreigner in Korea placing well at tournaments. Foreigner: A Korean player not living in Korea and not placing well at tournament/A foreigner living outside of Korea.

No it is retarded because it is completely arbitrary. How long do you need to be away from Korea to be foreigner? 1 week, 2 weeks or a month? And how long do you have to live in Korea to become Korean?
And once a foreigner has become a Korean by living in Korea how long does it stays? Do you stop being Korea once you leave the boarders or does it stay for many months? Or is once in a life time deal that you become Korean forever? And what if you live in China close to Korea and play on Korean ladder with good latency, are the Chinese players Korean then to?
I could write a book about this.
Well I have a solution, how about that people that are raised up and live in Korea, are Koreans. And people that is not borned and raised in Korea are not Koreans. Holy shit I am smart, I just solved it.

Not anymore he returned when he lands in europe he's back to being a european. Naniwa how ever is Korean then ! And we just got ForGG as foreigner HAH Europe won a Starleague ! oh ye.

These points are always brought up but in the end the discussion is pretty useless because everyone labels players in a way that suits themselves and supports their points in an arbitrary way as ParadoxFox said.
You can't classify these kinds of things. I really only have players I enjoy watching and others I don't really care about. Everything else is just for fun.

ForGG still trains in Korea when hes not at the Mill house and he plays a ton on Korean ladder. Sage got rocked by ForGG in GSL and was pretty much all Artosis hype TBH. Rain fell out of GSL long ago and has never looked the same. STC is by far the strongest of the three and even he decided to leave GSL. He may still be training on the Korean server, I'm not really sure what his training regiment is.
