I guess you didn't listen to SOTG. After the first season only the top 4 from the previous season are given spots for IGN. The rest of the spots are determined by online qualifiers (AKA ballers).

I can't emphasize this enough though...if you have never seen a league before, please do a google search or something before saying that the format can't work.

Sir, have you been living under a rock? Regarding stream resolution, it is because the event organisations chose to. It is not like NASL is a 700 million $ news syndicate that is even small compared to its mother organisation FOX Media under which it runs. Ignorance is bliss. Well excuse me Mr. IT, Nerd! Im sorry i dont got a degree in "how the fecking internet works". But I do know for a fact that I coulld watch IGN at high quality and i had black screen when I tryed to watch NASL so plz explain that to me. But yea NASL track record speak for themself it coulnt possible be there fault could it? everything has went so smothly from day 1 "cough"

They should really talk to justin.tv to fix the probs (or set up another stream as backup on another streaming service) The rest of the critics are really minor ones which only makes the difference from an excelent to legendary event

It is debatable whether or not you should cast all games, but in a broad perspective divisional play is for me the right way to handle any number of more than 32 players. It pleases both players and fans, keeping permeability for new players whilst maintaining long-term stability. Especially the latter would reduce risks and allow potential investors to consider putting more money into the business, which in turn can support a wider range of players to sustain their profession. I'd rather have a simple season with final play-offs than the seemingly over-complicated system of MLG. I'm also in support of divisional play for a lot of the reasons you stated. However, a 10 man division is too much. No other league in any other sport has more than ~5ish in each division. With 10 in each, each game loses importance and its much more difficult to hype every player and game. Also, keep in mind that this isn't really a division when compared to other sports. In other sports, members play other members of the division more than they do others in the 'league'. They compete once in the beginning of the season, again in the middle, and maybe again in the end to constantly compete for the top spot. What the NASL has is basically 5 round robin groups with 10 members in each group.

How important each game is is exactly proportional to how many games are played in a season. Yes, other leagues have fewer teams per divions, but they also have (usually) many more games. A loss in NASL is going to mean more than one loss in the NFL.

The same way my screen does not go black when yours does. Failing to grasp such a basic level of logic has little to do with knowledge of technology. It may well NASL's fault. It may be on Justin.tv's end. Who knows, until we have official statements. But mind you razor-sharply concluded "So its defiantly not justinTV its on NASL end", which is nothing but a poor troll attempt.
