What's wrong with expecting politeness from everyone, and if there are no, to lash out at it?

Its not like scrubs go to korea and somehow idra and jinro were born out of that. This is true. But if you are somehow implying Jinro was ANYWHERE NEAR current lvl he is now before going to korea then I strongly disagree. Jinro lives and breathes and plays sc right now. The setup is so that, it's like an office playing 10+ hrs a day. I cannot see how anyone no matter how good or how bad, could not improved by doing that.

To me it seems like the gap is widening between Korean playing players and the rest.
I watch a lot of SC2 and these Code A players are fairly owning the Europeans and Americans...
This is not a racial thing, just a regime (see Glade's success already..). Hopefully NASL will change this a bit for the Americas.

Dude, What on fucking earth are you talking about? The top 6 has 4 zergs : IdrA,Morrow, Moon and Moonglade, and basic math would indicate that in the worst case scenario atleast 2 zergs would be in top 4. Better take off your imba glasses and wake up to see the facts. TL has the most vocal zerg fanatics who have no better job than spread the filth about "zerg imbalance" at the drop of a hat, and infest every single LR thread that's created.
Stop. Now. If you feel the need to whine, create your own thread and keep posting there.

so ace vs moonglade and squirtle vs moon... am I the only one who sees a pvp in the finals ?

Europe NA & KR could be equally skilled with equally training but there are just a lot more good players in Korea to train with I guess. I still don't think Korea will be a dominant force as in Broodwar for at least a long time.

The only problem is his accent, which many germans have, for example the pronounciation of th is kind of bad for us. But nevertheless, he is easily understandable, so quit bitching. He is also aware of the fact that his English isnt quite where it could be. The main thing that people are wondering is, since it is german accent , why is it always the germans who are so harsh towards him. I literally see very few non german complain about TLO's english. Not a flame or anything, just an observation.
Its mainly because germans main contact with english is TV&Internet and that is mostly
a) american english
b) spoken by native speakers and professionals
while especially people from the United Kingdom are used to lots of different accents ... I mean there is lots of regional accents which don't speak the "th" there and add all the people from the former colonies to that. Germans would also complain about a majority of native english topolects and sociolects (cockney, irish english, indian english etc.)

My bad Shit. I excluded Moon from that, because of the 1/4 in the top 4 being non-Korean. To be fair, the lack of terran representation in top 4 could = the lack of Korean representation at the event. The only Korean not to be top 4 is zerg, in Idra, and he got beaten by a Korean.
I can't really prove shit though. You can't take 2 - 3 points and formulate balance. For that same reason, I don't feel the finals being 2 zerg, 2 toss means that zerg is in a good place.
/end rant

I think most of the guys who've gone to Korea have said the same (IdrA, TLO) that it's about how you live/practice just SC2. I think we'll see a lot more foreign players deciding to live together to get that environment (Idra/Inka/Machine, CatZ/Drewbie and I think a couple of the fnatic guys). And we'll see the gap stay fairly close between those types of players and the Koreans.

Foreigner SC2 needs an Otto Rehagel

Idra sitting next to morrow :o

When are they playing again?

Edit: Some sick "back" and "refresh" micro caused me to re-post the same thing....
But to keep this on topic.
GLaDe is set up to win minimum of $2.5k now. Whats the general "go" with paying sponsors? Do the sponsors see any money for sending him there, or is that just his cashola, and they get the exposure?

However, additional to this. To be better you have to play against the best. So I think it will be a while before the level is raised outside of Korea
