Ret has Code A 100%.
It's the players who only have 1 Ro64 that have to worry. There are like 59 players for the last 20 spots of Code A.

I bet we'd see Ret in the finals or atleast the RO8 if it wasn't for this retarded no-veto map system.

Do you know what your situation is regarding A-class in the upcoming league or has that not been fully detailed yet? 96 people get A/S, and less than 96 people have won a series/made the ro32 (cause there's 96 ro32 spots over 3 seasons, and many have taken more than one of those), so it's pretty likely he's got A.

Ret really needs to just give it up he is not that good. Sitting in your base for 15 min every game and only attacking when you are around max food doesnt equate to skill, maybe that works in inferior tournaments but it really hasnt gotten him far in gsl. making broodlords is an amazing skill to have right. the best players are aggressive and ret is just merely a sheep. how long is ret going to make mommy and daddy pay all his bills for a dream he cannot achieve, time to give it up it should be easy for ret he should know a lot about that already.

He has one post, obvious troll. No one's that stupid.

Can someone erase that post entirely so ret doesn't have to read it, holy shit.. :/

1 post, probably avilo
tis a joke.

god get in some proper custom made maps ffs. can't stand those dumb ladder maps. you did well ret.
|
Really disappointed ret didn't progress

Ret for the best creep spread I have ever seen though.... That was seriously amazing in game 1. His opponent had a really good timing attack too I thought ret was in trouble.

Really? Please tell me you are trolling. Ret has shown some of the greatest zerg mechanics among pro level players. Ret is dank good.

Using custom map is almost impossible because of people who has no team or clan.
Ladder is the only place they are able to prepare competition. do imagine what will happen if GSL starts using custom maps. you can't even get fine practice partners because most of people are not playing GSL custom maps.
|
in bw we always played maps that were played in the proleague. i'm sure if gsl starts using customs maps it would be with blizzard approval, that means blizzard would probably put them into ladder pool

Dude he plays zerg, why be aggressive? Okey, you could do an baneling all in, but I promises you, that requires LESS skill then winning the game by macroing. Putting pressure on the terran by building to many troops just puts you back in the long run and is just stupid. And the mechanics that ret showed, especially in game 1, is extremely skill full. I couldn't do that to save my life, and Ill bet you could do that even with a lifetime of practise.

Man, I hate 1 base players so much. I hope that fucker gets crushed in the next round. It's so obvious Ret was the better player, but SC2 allows for the most insanely powerful builds off of 1 base, and the maps aren't helping any...hell they may be the main problem. It's ridiculous and something needs to be done about it. This ain't WC3!
|
I'm hoping for a ladder reset soon and maybe some new maps will come out from that.
I'm guessing this means Ret will leave Korea in a few months (since there are no more open tourneys ever) unless he does amazing in his A class tournament?

I think it is really nice that you respond here on this forum, very interesting to see the reasoning behind all your choices in the games you played. Not to mention the strategy discussion.
Too bad about that ling speed, but best of luck in the next GSL.
