Finally got the hots game... hope that legacy of the void doesn't take 2 years.. like hots...
I'm having strange commands when using the mod against other ppl...... was with PvT and my warp gates rallied to random place... is the SCmapster site down..... its been offline for some time.....

I've tried plenty of different things. The locusts shoots a tiny acid projectile which wouldn't be too appropriate. As another poster said, it needs to have some sort of acid trail, that falls off. I'll mess with changing the dimensions of some of the spray effects. I can never get it neon green enough though.

Hi, I used to be able to play this without any problem, but ever since the update in February I have been unable to find the maps when searching for SC2BW under custom games. Am I doing something wrong? I was able to find some maps under arcade but was unable to play on them. Thanks for all the work by the way, awesome stuff.

They were all moved to the Arcade. You should be able to play them there. Were you getting some sort of error, or what was happening when you were trying the Arcade SC2BW maps?

A screen pops up which forces me to upgrade to HotS, and I have no way of bypassing it. Is SC2BW exclusive to HotS now or is that for all Arcade games? Looked it up and this seem to be related.

Unfortunately, once mapmakers start using HotS dependencies in their maps (which SC2BW now does), only players with HotS can play them. You will have to upgrade to HotS in order to play SC2BW, sorry. There is no WoL version.

In WoL melee mappers used assets from HotS Beta and nothing bad happened.

He was saying that they weren't penalised for doing it. Doing that for something on the scale of SC2BW is probably more risky, though.

Maybe this is a dumb question but i play on the EU server
and I do not know if the latest SC2BW version is up on the
server. They are poorly named. They say in this post that the
latest version is 0976. Can't find anyone with this version.
Maybe you or someone else may upload the latest with good naming to EU server?
But my question is if you thought about making another
version where you can play with Broodwar units against
Heart Of The Swarm units. So when you joins you get to
choose whether to play Heart Of The Swarm terran, zerg, toss
or Broodwar Terran, zerg, toss so we can finally see a
Hots zerg vs a BW zerg.

Does this mod have a laddering or leagues system simillar to SC2? Do you know any good Terran guides for BW? How many people do currently play this mod? I looked at SC2BW chat and it was empty ;((( Sorry for asking so many questions at once :D
