"Update on this, since I forgot to report back earlier. As far as my data is showing, the bug has been stopped. I'm getting closer to understanding what's going on, so I'm going to spend half an hour before the next patch updating my logging info to get even closer to knowing the root cause. Guess it still works if he was moved on a project deemed higher priority because of whining.  And the guy working on Shen's bug said it wasn't his normal attribution and he only worked on it when he found time in parallel of his main assignment. I mean, it's only the 4th time now I mention it here when someone brings up Shen's bug and where they're at. Glad to see people pay attention to the red tracker and people replying to their questions here. :| | ||

That's basically what teams did in order to be able to run Vayne. Lane swap the Vayne and everything will be ok. Vayne fell out of favor mostly because Twitch/pre-4.12 Lucian were just too good to not run. | ||

Multiple lesser played champions have been buffed to bring them back a bit. On the PBE right now, they're looking to buff Hecarim, Velkoz, Vayne, Sivir and Graves. There's also a Sona rework that's nearing completion. | ||
