3) Fiddle/Rammus CC nerfs. otoh, they were the most annoyingly long spells. otoh, I don't feel like, powerwise, they needed it.
4) Sivir/Lucian nerfs are fairly light, all told, but bring them into line. Would probably recommend Varus as new go-to ADC in solo Q now for lane bullying.
5) Still nothing buffing Madreds/Wriggles into viability. Madreds is a reasonable buy for early dragons. Wriggles just sucks tho.

Madreds is not reasonable even for that reason. at least not in pro play. Dragons are highly determined by the 2v1 in pro play, and generally if 3v1 is played out correctly, dragon can be done at 5 minute mark.

Garen jungle damage also got a huge buff, probably not competitively viable still cuz no CC but probably totally cool in soloq

Cutlass rush Garen? Having an execute is really cool on a jungler, if you ever catch up.

dat lee sin nerf for no reason

EDIT: for those who don't play dota 2. Valve is struggling with an engine flaw causing some parity issues between dota1 and dota 2 having to do when attack speed is applied. riot casually changed what valve is working around doing.

Personally I am just annoyed that Yasuo is getting released. I feel his W has too much advantage against CERTAIN champions and there is very little counterplay.

1 self-castable ability, 1 instant-cone ability and instant single-target ability, and an ability with a projectile that's initially an AA buff.
Biggest things of note in this patch is the massive buff to super minions and the removal of the silly assist-gold scaling.

It is useful for Lee early game, but there are vanishingly few junglers whom can make use of Madreds, and prefer it over Spirit Stone items, and pretty much none whom can actually use wriggles.
With Madreds, like Lee and maybe Udyr and Shyvana.

Also j4 occasionally got madreds and just kept that.,

I wouldn't say casually. They've been talking about this kind of thing (and people have been asking about it) for at least a year and numerous characters have had their attack speed boosts buffed in some kind of responsiveness individually. I just took this as applying the previous character changes globally but then I don't know the technical details ofc.

They really don't like people spending 9 points in offense.

I am going to jungle the shit out of Yasuo.

I have become a fan of Taric because of the previous patch ; can I still roll Taric support or are these nerfs too stronk ? Can't quite see what these numbers would mean in an actual match. (I never do the maths for LoL.)

he should be ok still just not op, he'll go back to his main problem of needing levels more than perhaps any other support, the good news is exp is still buffed as compared to s3
and zyra is still nerfed, but the rise of karma may be a problem.

League of Legends: The rise of Karma. Something a year ago people would of laughed you out of the thread for saying but I am seeing it more and more and man she's pretty damn strong.

this is the thing i hate about riot balancing. every champ has to be the same, there simply cant be a champion that has a 3 second taunt and not much else.
and yeah, they got themselves in a mess with trying to make mana and manaless gameplay similar. Because...it cant be that manaless champions are strong in lane and weaker in teamfights in general. Nope, make everything the same.
I havent played the new champion, but i dont have a good feeling. The wall is gamechanging, i dont know about no cooldown no resource skills, looks messy.
