The wall is gamechanging, i dont know about no cooldown no resource skills, looks messy. To say that rammus only has a 3 second taunt is a bit... wrong. His engage and team fight damage is pretty damn good, and he is extremely tanky. I mean he has a 56% win rate atm. Not to mention the taunt also lets him potentially remove any burst casters while taking no damage since you cant cast while taunted. It is a longer suppress than WW's and that is his ult. | ||

But it was annoying for him to use his W to troll your lasthitting, it added some invisible power that Riot took away. | ||
