1) Garen's Judgement deals full damage to jungle monsters. inc Garen jungle?
2) Fiora ulti fix for revealed stealth, wheeee.
3) Fiddle/Rammus CC nerfs. otoh, they were the most annoyingly long spells. otoh, I don't feel like, powerwise, they needed it.
4) Sivir/Lucian nerfs are fairly light, all told, but bring them into line. Would probably recommend Varus as new go-to ADC in solo Q now for lane bullying.
5) Still nothing buffing Madreds/Wriggles into viability.

Don't know if Rammus CC is necessarily needed the nerf, definitely a solo queue targeted nerf. Rammus puts himself in harms way to pull it off, as opposed to Fiddle's fear which has far less commitment. Also, wonder why they put it at 2.25 instead of 2.5.

Meh. That isn't the point. He is balanced (ish) in 1 patch. The test is if small meta shifts he doesn't just teeter into total OPness (like Zed this Summer/Fall) or fall into obscurity (Malphite is a good example, because he hasn't really been changed). Plus, I honestly think Olaf is not even being used that well even by OGN junglers, too many still use his ult like the old olaf ult and basically get exploded.

I hate normalizing characters when balancing games. Fiddlesticks/rammus CC being super long was part of their champion and I feel like whenever those characters need a nerf, instead of nerfing their CC something else could be nerf. Maybe fiddlesticks silence could deal less damage or he could be squishier and rammus could do less damage or something but I hate nerfing signature characteristics.
I'm a fan of the plague + irradiate + storm balancing I guess. Everything extremely OP.

There are plenty of targeted jumps that only jumps to enemy units.
