Manaless top laners have just pushed out mana based because they don't suffer as badly in 1v2(can ALWAYS use skills to lasthit/clear with minimal repercussions), almost every single mana based champion right now loses in top to a manaless(olaf, maybe nasus and singed in the right matchups are exceptions), and in general, manaless right now is all the rage because you can stay in lane indefinitely and always be ready for a fight so long as you have sustain. And even if you're behind against a mana user, unless they have a hydra, they'll eventually run out of mana to keep pushing.

I'm kinda on the fence about that Fiddle fear nerf. On one hand, it's fucking annoying and super strong. On the other, it's arguably the strongest and most consistent part of his kit and I don't like how hard Riot is nerfing it.

Olaf is not mindless to play and is strong. It's the same reason his win rate was low before they nerfed him.

i honestly believe there is a whole trove of AP mids who could play the support role at least as well as annie, the thing about annie is that shes so easy to play. so i doubt we will see any real nerfs to annie as shes supposed to be easy to play.

I think you're right on the Rammus change.

I was speaking specifically about his OGN winrate. Before the pre-rework Olaf nerf, his solo q winrate was terrible, but competitive pick/ban and winrate were incredibly high. Now in OGN, Olaf has a 5% pickrate as a solo laner and 45% pick/ban rate as a jungler with a 50% winrate. That's really not that bad when you compare that to Lee Sin's 70% pick/ban rate with 50% winrate or Elise's staggering 90% pick/ban rate with 82% winrate.

On a separate note, I'm really disappointed that Janna received virtually no buffs/changes.
