Well even if they don't have the intended impact that Riot wishes, you can at least see what areas they're targeting. Will carry-style jungling catch on with the new items? No one knows, but you do know they're working on it. We'll see.

The most interesting is the "reduce snowballing" paragraph. Sounds like a bunch of words thrown at us until we believe them. Don't know how any of those things will stop snowballing at all.

Everyone complains about Riot not fulfilling their promises, but I thoroughly enjoyed Season 3 over Season 2. So maybe it won't be perfect, but I doubt they will completely ruin the game (even if we don't agree with all of the changes.)

Which part?

The jungle system is not that bad, it just needs minor tweaks to balance the Farming/Ganking balance of power. Only Meteos has really cracked the code on that, and that is more through taxing than actually jungling.

The support system is fine for pros, but makes supports in YOLO feel abused because they start with only consumables, have a core that is dedicated to vision, and the problem with vision is that it is only useful if your team is smart enough to make use of it (aka rarely).

I still don't understand if Riot really wants carry junglers to work or not. They say they do, then like in S3 they worked and they all got nerfed to oblivion.

My favorite version of the game was still mid-late season 1 (Ori patch probably the best estimation), and I still have yet to play a version of the game I enjoyed more than that one.

Maybe but you have to understand that all the "support" items in S3 are way overpriced and don't really give much benefit. It's hard to see how powerful vision would be if there was decent support items. Stuff like Medallion(In dota) is the perfect price tier. LoL just has nothing in a proper price range.

Season 3 was def better than S2 (did not play S1) just I never understood why they hyped carry junglers then nerfed them all to hell.

Oh yeah, I don't disagree, but Riot seems to at least acknowlesge that might be a problem:

we'll also be introducing new items (and refining old ones) to put that gold to good use.

Problem - support items are too expensive for supports to get, and aren't good enough.

TL Solution: Lower the cost of support items.

Riot Solution: Give supports more gold, and see if they buy the support items.

IDK guys, maybe our logic is flawed.

Don't have too much faith in Riot but whatever, it's still going to be fun.

Since everyone has limited ward buying now, you can train your sixth sense in solo queue.

Problem - most powerful support item is a stack of pinks

Riot Solution - restrict support warding, spread out warding among all team members, and see if they buy wards
