I don't buy the assertion Ad damage in fights is just as back-loaded as Garen ult, and if it were, fine A) the ad can and will do it repeatedly in a single fight if it comes up which is kinda nice B) 40 minutes lol C) Fite Me D) dropping all your cds on someone takes a peelable amount of time unlike with true bullshit heroes so even with flash the reliability is limited E) you think garen is more manly than say singed who is a honey badger with rockets, what the fuck. Only thing Garen has that makes him manly is the brave face punch, which I'm not even sure they kept. Plus he yells like someone threw ice water on his nuts when he spins now, "awarawarawar"

Yah they do it better though, for example, they do it to three dudes in a row, and they come from bot lane where a dude does basically nothing but babysit them to feed him money. You need a lot to make the role of sucking up last hits a desirable one.

Yeah, well, a pure kd padder would literally just credit you someone else's kill, by definition it's more useful than that. That's hyperbole, I'm aware it's by far the strongest part of his skill set late and reasonably useful, but it's just not that much to bring to the table.

He does drop off late game. But you play him off your opponents stupidity. You bait extremely bad fights from them. My diamond friend recently started doing this extremely frustrating garen build of rushing thornmail against ad tops, and then into GA. Then just force ridiculous amounts of tower dives and snowballs from there. Its pretty fucking silly but hilariously effective.

For Runes, our core focus will be on creating more dynamic and balanced Rune options while smoothing out the overall experience of customizing your strategies outside of the game.
Read: armor yellows nerfed, possibly rune prices lowered or pages eliminated. Wouldn't expect the last two but we can hope.

Fundamentally we want to shift vision from being less of a raw gold race to more of a strategic part of the game with deeper opportunities for gameplay. We're going to be doing a lot of work here, including a new item slot for specialized vision items, per-player ward limits, and more ward options.

Well they went into the !TL strategy of fixing the game as far as supports go.
4 jungle camps will help somewhat I think as far as junglers go, especially if that camp is where I think it will be. Hopefully they make the map a bit bigger to compensate(think like ~+1k/1k[x,y])

Well even if they don't have the intended impact that Riot wishes, you can at least see what areas they're targeting. Will carry-style jungling catch on with the new items? No one knows, but you do know they're working on it. We'll see.
