The only reason the Dignitas, etc throws at Baron are so egregious is because there is no excuse, because "suffocating" the enemy (unless they are Fnatic) is easier and more effective. | ||

Assassins won't be building crit so its a straight nerf to them. Clamping doesn't happen forever, only for the period of time when your MMR is technically in the silver V area but the game isn't confident that you can keep it there | ||
