If you lowered her damage any more nobody would play her. I think Lux is in a very good place right now, personally. Annie's is 180 + 85 + 200 = 465 + 35 DPS. At 625 range. Veigar is at the bottom half of burst. Legit and useful list imo. | ||

It also has a higher AP ratio at 2.35 vs 2.05. There's probably a reason why as level 6 Lux vs level 6 Annie you give her the entire lane and hide behind your tower if you aren't already ahead by then. Lux's damage compared to other APs is low. Her advantage is safety and reliability of that damage, not the damage itself. | ||
