About how I feel about the actual change, I like it. Now people need to put some thought into their openings instead of just opening 11 or 9 pots and getting freefarm with the opponent feeling like a dummy trying to harrass... Even though this is probably going to nerf Mordekaizer even more. I wish they also nerfed the fort pot start somehow, for example make it give 10-20 AD and make the hp scale more heavily per level, while increasing the cost. This would make it stronger for lategame but would nerf the fort pot starts somewhat... So that you're actually rewarded more for keeping it in your inventory for a while instead of going for an allin at like lvl 2.
If you look closely at the screenshot, red elixir costs 350.

Obv Quinn is a hybrid now and can build all those wicked awesome hybrid items like rageblade and hextech gunblade which she couldn't build before. Will totally make her viable.

Sivir also had an AP ratio randomly slapped to her Q at some point (right after her remake, amongst several nerfs).

Keeping it in your inventory is always going to punish you after some point because you are spending gold on stats you dont have. And they did nerf it by increasing the cost (or did that change not go through?) to 325.
