^ I level W and E concurently, only rarely maxing one before the other. Also depends how fast I can achieve max CDR and teamfights start (the more skirmishes and long, drawn-out fights there is, the more pillar and CDR I want. The more ganks/farming there is, the more Ws I want.). | ||

Zed has some problems in that his team needs to be okay because he cannot carry against tanky stuff and loses sustained fights(unless he gets holyshitfed of course). Leblanc just sucks.
