I'm much more skeptical of the A+ for ganking (can't secure it well due to flash) compared to other junglers. Trundle's sustain is really only S+ tier when supplemented with other sources (see Wriggles), and as the game progresses (and his passive sustain increases). That being said, the standard level 4 clear for Trundle is >200 HP from his passive, so it's not bad by any means (just skeptical it's "S+" when Shen is only A+).
But in general, people underestimate how strong Trundle jungle punishes counterjungling and invasions. His pillar and the flat AD debuff are massive in jungle duels (junglers don't have the luxury to build AD if they're tank/brusier), and he punishes roamers pretty heavily.
Late game he's really only good for pillar engage/disengage and the shred on tanks, but he is surprisingly underrated as a jungler ever since they removed armor/MR shred on dragon/baron.

Biggest change will be even slow levels at all rank (allows for much better early ganks/jungle duels with pillar). The change to his W's CC Reduction to healing is interesting. The change to his R to be more effective vs tanks in a higher health environment is a nice QoL change.

Riot hides the winrates of (non-challenger) people, but I find it interesting that looking at a player's profile you can only see the number of ranked games they've played, and when you look at the division he's in you can only see the number of wins they have
It's like Riot doesn't think we can put 2 and 2 together

How do you deal with split push strat?
Our team: Thresh Top, Cho mid, Shy jungle, Ashe/Sona bot
Enemy Team: WW top, Kha mid, J4 jungle, MF/Ali bot.
We crushed them in team fights but the ww would just BD all game and we could catch up in time. Their wave clear just allowed them to stop us from winning that game.

Push out the two sidelanes with your stronger map presence then push mid. If all four comes to defend mid then you go pick off the other sidelanes. The lone BD warwick isn't going to push faster than your team and there's a good chance of a pick-off if you keep forcing transition between lanes. Once WW gets too close to the towers just go back, chase him off and do it all over again.

This is an instance of someone showing me it could be done. I have no idea what setup they used to do so, though I think he had a shitton of CDR from runes/masteries and then blue buff.

Well that's kinda worthless seeing as the only time your sustain matters is the first time through the jungle, and maybe the 2nd time.
