I have no idea what setup they used to do so, though I think he had a shitton of CDR from runes/masteries and then blue buff.
I would guess 9/21 with AS/armor/CDR/(AS/AD). Very specialized page considering that the better option for skarner is generally AS/armor/scaling MR/MS given that you won't really want to be fighting with him pre-6. Also you'd probably be skilling QEQ to gib the small wraiths nearly instantly along with not doing a fast double buff route.

I imagine English would still be the most practical.

The one norwegian person I know speaks english swedish and like 3 more language's fluently. Sample size of one, but you should be decently well off with only english, especially among the gaming population.

LoL is really huge in Sweden too, feels like everyone I meet plays it :3 And if you know english, you don't need any other language. That goes for Denmark and Norway as well, everyone is taught english from a young age in school.
Are you going this summer?
Edit: Also, if you know one scandinavian language, you can communicate with/understand people from the other countries decently well, they're not that different.

the fact that soraka and zyra are in the same tier as amumu makes me want to rip my eyes out.

the fact that soraka and zyra are in the same tier as amumu makes me want to rip my eyes out. That *appears* to assume that they were building AP, while Amumu is still ahead in that respect (despite magic mummy being particularly squishy). The standard tanky route has Amumu ranked higher then several other major popular junglers, which I do agree with. Azingy may not agree, but AP mummy is just too squish unless he's ahead.
But moving on from the stonewall bashing: it appears muramana/lizard elder/IBG Ezreal are now the new vogue.
In a month, I predict AP Ezreal will catch on (k not rly, but maybe?).
EDIT: Also, Streamer subforum? 16/35 front page threads are streamers, and make it somewhat cluttered for news and such.

AP Ezreal is something I could easily see happen if your top and mid are both physical damage. AP Ez imo suits the AD carry slot quite well.

wtf is that tier list, LMAO.

Without knowing your language skills, i just wanna say that there's a higher chance of you being able to communicate in English with any Scandinavian, than you trying to speak a Scandinavian language where your receiver will understand you Among the youth in all 3 countries, i'd say at least 80% (probably way higher) has the skills to speak with you on a standard conversation level.

dont know what you're looking for here if you were going to mainland europe you wouldn't wonder if you should learn french spanish or german you'd just use english wtf
certainly all decent lol players will speak good english from having to flame people in solo queue

Yup, from the few people I know that went/grew up/have family in Scandinavian countries, they're unanimous that you could almost live there only speaking English, and that a good part of the population is fluent (granted, I'm not sure if they were talking in absolute or comparing to the average Belgian/French, whose English level si pretty trash... ).
|
Soo who exactly counters Fiora in lane? Malphite is the only one? But if I rush Spirit Visage... isn't that laneable as well?
Actually LW would probably be better hm...
If you learn a scandinavian language, don't learn Finnish. This piece of junk is useless for learning any other language except japanese(almost makes sense)
About countries where people might not speak English that well, they're basically the larger countries like Germany, France, etc. even though those should be able to speak it okay I guess. French is probably considered the worst. Along with the eastern european russian-ish languages of course. Russian would probably be a good idea just because most Russian people don't speak English.
|
Tbh the English skill level in France has really improved throughout the last decade. Any college student can speak English pretty well... That's a good start! :D
|
Coming from a computer science background, you'd expect people to be much better than that at English... (As in for example "there are claims that people are better at English through TV series", but I've seen a bunch of people who'd use French subtitles, and when discussing with them it appeared they wouldn't be able to watch it if the subtitles were in English, so... back to square one.)

From what i know from my mother who learned swedish? They are pretty much all the same language with just some minor differences. Meaning if you talk to a norwegian in danish, he will understand you, but notice that you are speaking danish. I think norwegian and swedish are closer to each other then to danish, but you should probably get a scandinavian to answer you there. But basically just decide which country you like most, and learn that language. You will be able to use it in all 3.
I'm pretty sure finnish is not scandinavian, btw.
