Riot Dev and Riot QA/Live Balance are VERY different entities. You desperately need to learn how to draw conclusions that are actually supported, rather than making specious leaps in logic. | ||

That isn't really saying much though, as Riot has clearly backed off their own 'opinions' by making quick changes of things that were just released. Clearly they don't take their internal testing/observation as gospel. As such, it's not ridiculous at all(in fact, precedent exists to think the opposite is true) to believe the playerbase will have different experiences/observation than Riot. | ||

I feel like she needs to be tried top lane or something because her kit is just not useful for an AD. | ||

Maybe people will figure out something that they don't know now but her gameplay seems pretty straightforward, just bad. Or well, can compare to graves who's got similiar range: Burst comparison: lol Escape comparison: Graves's is better in most situations Blind comparison: Graves is better Steroid comparison: Graves is better Durability: Graves is better Farming: Graves is better Chasing a fleeing champion on flat ground that doesn't jump over walls: Quinn is better Disclaimer: haven't played a single game with Quinn | ||

Didn't experience some of the early releases? Edit: I don't even think Quinn seems weak, but even if I did, there were some seriously god awful champions released in this game's history, she'd have to be really, really bad to be in that list. I dunno if that's true though... cuz Riot did ban certain skins in LCS... The one that bugs me the most in terms of visuals is the new corki skin; the gattling gun is sort of hard to keep track of; since it looks more like animation coming out of the ground; rather than lines being sourced by corki's front. Situationally it's actually a (huge)buff, because you can get an extra auto attack or two because of the increased slow and faster projectile speed, and 100% more damage(extra attack) > 6-11%. Hardly nerfed into oblivion though, she still absolutely wrecks with her build(and the new BotRK is sexy for her too), and will probably still be a common pick/ban for her utility(ult) on top of her damage. | ||
