As for the other dots on the map, I dunno, I lazy and just did quick google search for LoL map. <_< fear duration rank 2: 1.5 sec, channel time for ult: 1.5 sec. if they don't buy mercs (and mid lane has a pretty good chance to not buy mercs), then fiddles can just fear -> ulti. admittedly, it requires pretty good timing if your fear is lvl 2, but lvl 5 fear is 3 sec, and there's no way you can fuck that up. | ||

Kinda wonder why she isn't played more. Not saying shes sleeper op status, just think she might deserve a little more play than she gets now. | ||

Once you stop insta-gibbing people, you have to start nailing pretty much their entire team with your stun bear to be really useful. Also easy to hog kills, so even if you're doing well, the rest of your team might not be. Most games I play Annie I can rock people early on, but the more the game drags out, the weaker she feels. | ||

Yeah, her range is pretty shitty, but I just feel she would be a ridiculously strong follow up to something like a Malph ult. They're knocked up long enough for you to aim your bear to hit most of them with it, assuming malph popped up enough of them. | ||
