(like WW wanting to spam Q as much as possible during a fight, or nautilus using all the CC that's already in his kit even MORE often.) | ||

Given the nerfs that Randuins had since its OP time, I think that people are generally undervaluing FH. Glacial is actually a great midgame item, and HoG just got nerfed so the buildup is somewhat smoother. The CDR is usefull on almost everyone (unless they are maxed) and the armor it gives more than outweighs the extra health on Randuins (given that you would get hp from eg. phage). Randiuns is still crazy strong tho, but if you can't use the active (for whatever reason) FH is simply a better item imo. | ||

Randuin's on the other hand is an amazing item that should be built on most junglers and some top laners. Still doesn't change the fact that FH is situationally better in some top lane matchups and that FH is much better on supports than the other roles. | ||

hilarious new bug: been smurfing, playing gp. built a philo stone when my pc bsods (it does that sometimes). relog, game crashes mid-loading. relog again, get in fine, except my philo stone is now a doran's blade. description is that of doran's, but in inventory it has the green outline philo has since new patch. and says it sells for 400. I get doran's stats as well. however, in end game screen and match history it shows a philo. is this new? screenshots: + Show Spoiler + ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/w0CqC.jpg) ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/bIQiL.jpg) also apparently LoL doesn't even save your screenshots. annoying that such basic functionality is missing. or that to log out I need to close the entire game. that one gets me every time. | ||

I don't understand how FH is better on support when it a) overspends on stats that aren't well-rounded and b) will probably over-cap CDR for a support that is already building Shurelya's. FH gives extremely lopsided stats, and needs to be complemented with other items to make it smooth to buy/use. This is not desireable for a support who do not have the gold to commit to other items. | ||

IMO every team should aim to have a Frozen Heart completed by 30 minutes. Whether it's the top laner, the jungler, or in rare cases the mid laner, someone needs to buy that item. | ||
