The tool runs in the system tray and once additional hotkey sets are set up for champions they appear in the menu, letting you swap them in at the click of a button. Anyone interested in testing can grab it from my site: http://www.void.net.nz/loltool.html. Just stick it anywhere and run, no install required (it does need .Net 4.0 though, there's a link on the page if you need it). It still needs testing and bugs are likely (feel free to PM me if you find any and I'll get right on fixing them). It's also a little rough around the edges but it should pretty much work. If there's any interest I'll also make a thread just for it in the future. Suggestions for additional features are welcome.
highlighting this post a bit i will test it out tonight, awesome work man

Man... this is the 3rd time I'm struggling at the cusp of 1800. Last two times I always got to 1790 and then crashed and burned down to the 1500s.
The problem is that I can't play all 5 roles at a competent level anymore because the competition is too tough. I'm forced to play only my two best roles or feed. LoL too hard...

I'm at 1893 atm and just KNOW i'm going to lose the next game I play. So I'm watching ogn champions instead!

So people playing Jayce: TF or BT as your core when being bruiser? I've been playing both quite a bit, and I'm still not sure which I prefer. He's already a utility toolbox with sprints, poke, wall of Shurelya, knockback, slow, etc.; so TF feels really good rolled up with that, extra slow, burst, and MS. However, he has little sustain and rather good AD scaling, so BT works out well with the damage. Both feel very strong, imo.
Also on Jungle Jayce, I did DBlade/Wriggle/Mercs -> Hex/Glacial -> Maw/FH/GA a couple times, which worked out spectacularly well all things considered, thought that might have just been because our team was so far ahead anyway.

On a side note the only times I've hooked up with girls this year were at my ELO peaks (chicks really do dig ELO), so I should be due this weekend. High ELO = Mad Swag.

TF works better because of the burst from getting ~5+ Sheen procs in a row, plus better sticking power, which he lacks outside of Hammer Q. Not to mention the health, which works well with the free defenses on his ult. As a bruiser, you can't be all about damage. You have to be able to threaten the enemy carries without being blown up immediately.
Weren't you also the guy who said that 2xPD and IE was the best Hecarim build in the game?

Oh that one is nice, would have missed it without the srs. You might want to consider making a thread for this, lots of people were lookong for something like this. Make sure to doublecheck with Riot as to whether they're cool with it or not. (Or ask our resident Moonbearwabbit.)

You're going to be chaining your abilities together too quickly to actually get 5 TF Procs. Jayce has sticking power in 4 forms - Hammer Q, Cannon E, movespeed from switching forms, and the fact that he gains range from switching meaning that even after you get out of his melee range, he is still in range. Furthermore, BT gives him sustain which he really needs and scales better with his abilities and his autos.

Fair enough. I think that was my gut reaction anyway, and BT is cheaper as well, by a pretty significant amount.

When do you decide between Randuin's and Frozen Heart? Both are for shutting down AD carries that like AS, but when should I build one over the other?
I mean, obviously you get FH on champs that love CDR or mana, but aside from that.

Donno if it was posted, but saw this on Reddit:

Predictions were right all along, I guess.

iDunno, seems more like logical conclusions than predictions.

you answered your own question.
also at my elo people buy randuin and never use the active so frozen heart is better in that way.

Well if you dont use almost all the stats f rozen heart gives then randunis is better....

On July 26 2012 01:57 Slayer91 wrote: Well if you dont use almost all the stats f rozen heart gives then randunis is better.... I don't know about that. If you have a very good slow already, it somewhat diminishes the slow portion of Randuin's, wouldn't it? And FH has more armor (lacking the health, of course), along with it's AS debuff being constant rather than having a proc/on use.
I could see both arguments, but these guys are probably right, Randuin's is generally better most of the time.

FH also gives mana + 20% CDR useful for some champs but not for others
