You should be able to report/commend people no matter where they are (chat, pregame, ingame, postgame, matchhistory). Also add some small gift for people who get commended a lot.
Ideal case would be a similar system to what Valve does where people with lots of reports/dodges/leaves get their own queue but from what I understand that is rather hard to implement. It's really awesome though because not even the really spiteful trolls want to only play with others similar to them. =D

The real solution to this is to do it the way DotA does it and actually treat the draft as part of the game rather than some pre-game setup segment. You shouldn't be allowed to dodge from champ select. If you DC out of champ select, it should just reconnect you into it.
Being allowed to duck out of a game because you don't like the team compositions involved shouldn't be an option when drafting is a part of the game itself. It's analogous to being allowed to fold in Poker without paying blinds.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the point of Sona's late game to max out CDR and keep all 3 auras up at once? With the changes you can now only keep up W. I know she gets more power chords in lane now but it still looks like a HUGE nerf to her lategame to me.
And I was just looking forward to the 45 mana Q's too.

Using Promote against LeBlanc in lane is hilarious. I think Promote has potential, but it's really hard to control the lane correctly to utilize it well.

Yeah it feels like what they did to Cho's Q. They took a hard to land skillshot and made it even tougher to land by making it really obvious to the enemy where it'll be.

And it's fucking really bad in terms of aesthetics. I did think it was a bug from spectator mode the first time I saw one, some kind of expanding-deflating red "nova". They put up a "news" about how much they learnt by designed Zyra and giving her sounds and animations pertaining to her theme and feel... and they replace Cass' poison cloud with this? How could it even remotely make us think of a snake spitting poison when we see this?
I kinda hope the community more or less lashes out and they revert it, but meh, Cass isn't that popular even with her new skin so... :/

So the most obvious one is graves, graves buckshot does more damage~ due to this.
Sivir's short range, and fast auto attack reset, allows her to do a lot of burst damage, during grab+ knockup.
Vayne is good in combo w/ blitz. The pull + knockup, can often set up a good condemn, making it very strong.

Gawd, I hate the new Eve stealth mechanic, as far as balance goes it's okay, but just from a design perspective it's messy, and terrible.
Stealth is a ability that many champions have, and the addition of a "conditional stealth" for Eve just makes it feel as if Riot was like "fuck it, i'm too lazy to do an elegant balance on stealth mechanics over all, so we'll just make Eve's conditional". It feels like a really lazy decision on Riot's part.
