I have only tried Zilean once vs Cass, I won but meh, I think catalyst Cass can take the lane and with a good jungler it should be hard to stop Cass from pressuring first blue respawn.
Edit: Also i would personally just pick Fizz but that's my answer to most mid MU except Ryze Morg Ahri and Bird.

if you beat Swain on Fizz, you outplayed the shit out of him.
lvls 1-5:
Fizz combo VERY expensive at these levels, while E>Q auto basically free with good last hit mechanics.
lvl6+:
if you engage they just Birdman and win the trade.
Ahri can win trades vs Fizz also if she holds on to her spells, the thing about Fizz is he can't push without putting his E on cooldown, so if you have good mechanics you don't have to use any spells/mana to cs vs him. I love Fizz but I think this list is pretty accurate, Morg is impossible to die to, but your combo can't kill her thru black shield and it's hard to snowball Fizz if you can't kill your lane opponent, mabye with the cd changes this will change, because her toolkit is terrible at harassing him.

Ori likes to poke and kite, so if you put her in a team that wants to all-in immediately then yes, she'll probably suck.

Shield your initiator->speed him up->ulti is pretty good. Her ult combined with other aoe ults is ridiculous. Wukong makes for an amazing combination Stuff like Kennen/Malphite really good too.
Also, I pick Ryze against Cassio, but I'm like the only person who does that.

What kind of team composition would benefit the most from blitz as support?
It also seems like when I play Naut I can cc someone for ages when ganking but my damage seems too low to actually do anything. I usually build him tanky going Regrowth+Pot>Philo>Boots>Blasting Wand>Catalyst>RoA then build w/e else depending on where the game is and the team comps. Should I be building more damage earlier and is RoA a decent item on Naut?

any opening that isn't boots + 3, except in extremely specific situations, just simply isn't viable due to the nature of the new jungle and how any jungler can open boots + 3 and still clear the whole jungle. if you can outrun someone with boots + 3 by opening 11 pots, then by all means, do it. if not, prepare for a hard laning phase
