Also, in said spectate lobby it's only since that patch that you can scroll down the champion's list, you couldn't before. Serves no purpose but still nicer than to get stuck on the 40 or so first alphabetical champions.

She also gives off the sense of playing her like Karthus: Get in the middle of their team and do damage. ulti seems to punish enemy team if they switch focus on to her with the knockup. Though I guess you really need to focus more on using plants+seeds well.

For her ult to do damage, she needs to get in range of all of Swain's skills and stay in range. This is where Swain wants you to be, so it can be difficult. It is also hard, though, for Swain to lock her down. All in all it's more of a skill matchup with very slight advantage to Swain (since his skills are all targeted except W, and Ahri's Q is skill shot). Later game, on equal farm, Swain probably wins.

Lux FotM after seeing froggen play her in scrims. 300 cs in under 26 minutes every time, 100-0 a squishy from offscreen over and over with a really really short cooldown without even using dfg O___O. Can you give any more details on how he built/played her? Lux is my favorite AP mid because she is just so fun to use and the crazy plays you can pull off are awesome. However I have always felt she is a little sub-par compared to the most popular AP mids today.

Actually, it's very bad for ahri. From my experience at least, i completely shit on any ahris with swain

I seriously doubt it. Lux simply has too many hard counters to be FotM material. On July 24 2012 00:29 Cloud9157 wrote: Swain rapes Ahri ezpz. I think Swain rapes almost any mid in lane because of how his kit works.

I was talking about the common ones, Swain and Morde shits on Fizz. However a good player that extensively knows the MU will win the lane as Fizz does not have the mana to harass them down enough before they get Catalyst or another big mid tier item as well as their ultis if they play well and later he can't really keep up enough pressure to control the lane. I do play Fizz vs Bird, Ahri, Morg but if they know the MU it favours them.

Cassie has more damage than him at pretty much every stage of the game. Ori can poke him down as well. Otherwise just pick a champion that can shove with relative safety on him.

I do play Fizz vs Bird, Ahri, Morg but if they know the MU it favours them. The problem with the Morg matchup isn't that the MU favors her it's that she can force a draw and be far more useful to her team in teamfights later. This is the reason I stopped picking Fizz into morg (which I used to do on purpose because she has 0 potential to damage you). Freefarm Fizz is a good assasin but where he really shines is shutting down the opposing mid with death threats and side lane ganks, both of which Morg can prevent/punish.
