They should say overpowered. Guardsman bob called them out on it saying they were lying when they said remaking a champion rather than being honest and saying nerfing a champion. If high level players consider someone overpowered it can be called overpowered.

DFG change - God awful. Stop trying to make people buy the item and remove it from the game. Sole purpose of an item is to 100-0 someone. Remove it. WotA nerf - Another case of over-nerfing something that doesn't need to be nerfed. Riot seems to perpetually be behind the times on shifts in itemization and champion power -- note the Atma's nerf when it was barely being built, the Skarner and Irelia nerfs in all the wrong places (and when they were only being picked a 'standard' amount*, the Wriggle's (additional) nerf when bot laners (the named abuse culprits) were barely buying it any more, etc. *As I recall, they tried to use numbers about her being picked a lot in one tournament as proof of her being OP when she was usually being picked because of being a fairly safe (read: not easily countered) top lane, rather than some kind of "I'm going to split push 24/7 and still have every teamfight be 5v5" pick. Morello's change - Could go either way. I find the entire concept of healing vs healing debuffs to be fundamentally flawed. Far too difficult to balance the astounding difference in power between 100% healing and 50%. Not much that can be done about that issue at this point. Yi ult buff - Stop trying to make champions snowball harder and remake kits or remove the champions. Ryze - Meh. If they're going to nerf him, they should buff his auto attack range/animation. Riot should just call the nerf like it is instead of trying to sugarcoat it by pretending they're doing us a favor by "giving him more build options." Mr/level buffs - Could go either way, again. If you make supports too tanky for free in a world where they already find ways to succeed, you're just making a recipe for an overpowered champion. Given the shift in junglers taking 2nd blue again and the buff to Amumu, maybe a possible resurgence for him. I hope drop in spectator redeems this patch.

Also don't understand your response to the DFG change. Is it just your personal dislike for the item or something else? edit: I'm surprised they didn't talk about the new AP item. Is it not being included in this patch?

also lol at calling for master yi to be removed from the game. 'CONSISTENCY IS BAD I WANT RANDOMNESS' is all i hear. it's going to have only positive effects on making yi more viable competitively. i do agree that riot is generally like 2-4 patches behind the trends by the time they nerf things, but isn't that true of all companies in all things? like WoW doing chuck norris ads last year, only 6 years after chuck norris jokes became a thing...

Even if he's 3 minutes behind, he is still capable of revealing the time buffs/dragon/baron are going to respawn that you would otherwise not know. can do that with streams as well

You are, for all intents and purposes, just buying a bunch of AP and CDR with the added bonus of an extra ult. I've always wondered why is isn't a more popular item, but now with the removal of the relatively useless regen stat, I can't think of any reason not to get it basically 100% of the time. inb4dfgnerf, I can see dfg being built a lot on certain mana-less APs especially morde. Holy shit, now that's a scary thought.

I just wish the person buying it actually gets some benefit other than the 8% spellvamp. But people tend to like personal stat increases before team ones. I just wish they gave like 10 more AP to the person buying it.
