I don't think her laning is incredible or anything but it's definitely possible to get farm in literally any lane except maybe against Xerath. Back when she did have mediocre AP ratios. Riot changed her months ago and now her AP ratios are just as good as other champions. It actually weakened her early game slightly because they nerfed her base damages but her ratios mean she has kill threat at all stages of the game. The biggest problem with her late game is that the enemy will probably have BV but that can be countered by running an AD with good poke such as Corki. For reference, she has .7 ratio on her Q and R with a .75 ratio on W. She seriously scales just as well as most other APs save a small few (Ryze, Karthus, Anivia come to mind). | ||

I think only SV can make it works like that though since he farm non-stop and rarely gank. But when he ganks its quite effective. | ||
