You could be 90-100 and be at a significantly higher "normal ELO" than someone who is 100-90 simply because you started out at a way higher bracket. Its like the SC2 ladder, they don't show you the important numbers in normal mode. | ||

Like I think warmogs is a bit over the top, but on some characters like annie, ahri, cass, ryze, swain- getting tanky through items like abyssal and shit like that makes sense. | ||
