From what Riot has said she's slated for sometime between now and 3 PM PST/6 PM EST, but it's just an approximation. They've never done simultaneous content launching before so don't be surprised if they screw it up.

I doubt any of these items are making it into the game in anything close to their current form, aside from the numbers.

-- Firebomb. Fine but too barebones, they would put more passive effects on it

-- Runegorger. No way to make it sufficiently obvious what's happening to the opponent.

I would love some awesome active items in this game, but I don't think so many heroes have some form of cc, or gap closer, or escape etc already, that it's not gonna happen  .

Well the thing I was thinking about with firebomb was if they were intending it to be a new sort of wriggles item to assist with jungle clears for those champs who dont have aoe.
