Halloween quints are half price but slightly weaker, same for both years so far. Winter quints are 25% off and same stats.
What sucks is that the winter quints lack variety...Armor pen and movespeed are nice, but no one uses magic pen or health quints. Would have been nice to have AD/AP/armor/MR quints.

Hotshot raging or not doesn't matter all that much, when 12k people are watching his stream which only has a notepad up saying he's sleeping I doubt the summoner spotlight will make them watch other streams.

Not really considering that US is the first to patch. So basically we would get the patch, play on it for 2 days, THEN get the champion. Kind of like this patch.

I meant changing patching order, like if Riot could somehow get things ready so that every champion released within 24 hours in all regions. Obviously that wouldn't happen unless LoL changed its patch days. That said, the US gets to beta-test broken champions for the rest of the world, so they should be happy!
