Not really considering that US is the first to patch. So basically we would get the patch, play on it for 2 days, THEN get the champion. Kind of like this patch. I meant changing patching order, like if Riot could somehow get things ready so that every champion released within 24 hours in all regions. Obviously that wouldn't happen unless LoL changed its patch days. That said, the US gets to beta-test broken champions for the rest of the world, so they should be happy!
I think they should just release the champion when they release the patch. I don't understand why they don't, but maybe I missed somewhere that a Riot employee explained why they couldn't or why it's difficult.
And I wouldn't care if US was the last to get said champion. Just release the new champion when you release the patch for that region.

Well even before he said he'd tone down his raging, sometimes hotshot would be similar to how he's been acting recently on stream. aka He split pushes, gets 2 or sometimes literally the ENTIRE team of 5 chasing him across the map for a good minute, and his team accomplishes nothing in that time. Then he's just like "well i stalled them for a full minute and my team accomplished nothing.....whatever...." *casual shrug*

Probably a bit of that and a bit of wanting to get spotlighted. Riot must have told him what he needed to do to improve before he can be considered.

abyssal should be built on supports/tanks. Banshee veil is just so much stronger, in the sense that the amount of damage it blocks out ways the extra 70AP you get with abyssal scepter.

You only make full use of abyssal scepter if you're really in the middle of fights, and a lot of ap carries do not want to be in those positions.

on hybrid runes:
My understanding is that penetration runes are more effective the more you have of them (i.e. the closer to 0 your target's effective defense is). Does the increased total penetration of hybrid runes overcome the reduced efficiency of dividing it between two sources? I guess I'm asking for the math on net total damage of a hybrid damage source (for example, a Jax auto-attack at rank 3 empower will probably do around 150+150 physical/magic damage before resist) using hybrid runes, versus stacking a single type of penetration.
I've got a lot of finals work to do otherwise I'd work it out

I build it on Karthus sometimes. I hate building any items on him that do not have AP because hes kinda a suicide champ. Though I go tanky sometimes with RoA->Deathcap->Ryalis->Abyssal->Zohnyas. Really can surprise people with how much damage you can take and then when you finally do die you just trolololo QQR while your teammates were just raping them since they weren't focused. Terrible Terrible Damage!

yeah mine got moved and my stream name got changed without my consent lol
now it's in user streams under "gtrsrs" which isn't even my in-game name so it makes no sense imo
