AoE slow also fears minions He is like singed with fling except his fling also provides an MS buff and AoE slow, but with an AS steroid thats also an execute. And his ult ult is crazy AoE damage like Singed poison. But you can hit 1 person and hit everyone. | ||

Easiest to get to 1600 is probably EuW. They don't have the worst players, but the players mostly follow a team comp once you reach 1300 making it so you can just carry. I would recommend going AD carry simply because the other carry is going to be bad and even if the other lanes lose they are not super derpy. Most seen champs: Vayne, Riven, Trynd Recommended picks: Vayne, Cait, Tristana. Reasoning: You'll never gonna be allowed mid. Hardest by far is EuEast jesus christ it's impossible. They have by far the worst player base of any game ever, every single one is useless till 1500+. You might think that would make it easier. But it's not within 2 minutes it's not rare for a team to be down 5-6 kills. all games are complete stomps. The games where you are allowed to go the lane you pick you win. Mostly you don't, cause you'll have a mundo that wants mid and a karthus support. sometimes they want to duo top or mid ect ect, having a jungler is rare. You can not jungle at this elo cause your lane will never allow you to gank, DO NOT JUNGLE. Most seen champs: Support Nidalee, Riven, Trynd Recommended heroes: Trynd, GP, Shaco, Udyr. Best by far is the US server, most BM of the all. Everyone talks shit. but 95% know the meta and follow it giving you a real easy time. If you can't gain elo here you hasve nobody to blame but yourself. The latency however is horrendous and you have to adapt your play to it. It will limit you BUT you know it will. So if you make plays you could pull of in EU and die that is your own damn fault. I would play american servers all day long If I could just reduce the latency. Most seen champs: Riven, Riven, Riven. Recommended champs: Anything that isn't support. | ||
