Want to rage about your latest loss? Use the QQ thread. If you whine in GD, you'll get warned. ===== + Show Spoiler +If your [Stream] thread was moved to the general TL Stream subforum (aka SC stream land), find your thread and PM it to me and I'll move it back to LoL territory. I can argue with staff that moving a non-SC thread into a SC subforum is just asking for that thread to get buried.
- Neo, Dec. 15 2011, 6:33 KST I have admin approval. I'll be moving LoL streams back to the subforum. Stream name will be based on Summoner name. - Neo 7:07 KST |

go for mejais everygame, obviously it's good because you say it is. when you hit rank 1, i'll pay you lessons on how to build snowball items. You're kind of a dick to some of the better players in this forum and you're arguing because you think everybody is telling you you're wrong instead of looking at is as another opinion. Either take the advice or ask better questions. Don't act like a child. Get out of this forum if you're going to act like this.
What the heck? I hope you notice he wasn't the one advocating buying snowball items.

Anyone know the score for Dig Vs Crs?

I'm a bit of a luddite so I haven't switched over to smartcasting yet but probably should - is it just standard to swap the smartcast and regular keybindings or are there other subtleties?

It's probably close to half and half with slightly more using smart cast. Chauster/jiji are weird and use that option where it'll just show you the range of your spell without the actual spell line (not sure what it's called). Players like Westrice still use standard default controls though. HotshotGG started using smart cast after DreamHack.

When you play start using shift+spell key. Do this for a lot of games until it feels right and you find yourself constantly holding shift when you want to fire a skill shot out. Eventually just completely transition over to smart cast. It makes the transition a lot more smooth because you've already been using smart cast but you won't have to hit that extra button to do it.

To make it so you can see the range while your holding down the smart cast button, go to:
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.100\deploy\DATA\CFG
Or where ever you put your LoL client, and open the file "game" with notepad and edit the line:
SmartCastOnKeyRelease=0 to SmartCastOnKeyRelease=1
Then save.

It is not impossible to play around the disadvantages of snowball items (i.e. buying one then immediately forcing a fight such as at dragon where your opponents mid/bottom still have their gold sitting in the bank and haven't spent it so you are basically in the same situation gold-disadvantage wise but kills/assists you earn in the fight recoup the cost of the item in addition to giving you the gold) but it is much harder to do than playing around the disadvantage of something like a g/10 item. If that situation ever arose, I would just give up the Dragon, and continue farming. Even if you take a free Dragon, it still doesn't recoup the gold value deficit of buying SotO/Mejai's. That's how far behind the curve SotO and Mejai's are as items. Dragon is worth 190g per player = 950g. Mejais is 800, Soto 954. So it kinda does recoup the gold, if you consider it paying for your stack item and your team on equal farm with them still. STS17 I like your style ^^

I think the LoL streamers have influenced me... I just wrote the plan of my cover letter for an internship in Japan :
«I WANT TO GO TO JAPAN FOR 4 MONTHS JAPAN ROCKS BRO I'M SO GOOD OMG LOOK I'M SO GOOD TAKE ME TAKE ME THANK U FOR UR TIME BRO U ROCK»
|
I'm afraid I will not be able to accept you into my Japanese company's internship program due to your choice of ugly quotation marks.
Better luck next time.

anyone else have fun reading that as pure sexual innuendo?
