I usually end up getting tank like stats on her like 4-5-10 or something. Could be because I am just a sub par player but I also am just playing normals with her hehe.

V1.0.0.112 Ghost duration decreased to 10 from 14. V1.0.0.101 Ghost movement speed increase reduced to 27% from 32%. I've been preaching this for like 9 months, but no one fucking listens to me. Ghost used to be situationally stronger than Flash, and now it never is unless you're like, singed or MAYBE olaf. | ||

I couldn't imagine trying to play Annie without Flash. Like, her viability drops so hard if you took Flash out of the game. Also, I remember those Ghost nerfs. Flash is the utility mobility Summoner and Ghost is the brute force mobility Summoner. When the vast majority of your scenarios naturally favor the utility spell due to uneven terrain and zone control CC, the brute force option has to have fucking crazy numbers to ever be worth it. At least that's my take on the comparison and why Ghost needs to be rebuffed... badly. | ||

IMO they should give ghost a buff like vayne's passive where you gain additional movespeed when moving in the direction of enemies to incentivise to using it offensively. Perhaps give it a 10% additional damage bonus too. | ||

If it were made into an item what items would you suggest be bought to build into a flash item? You're going to see an asshole like Garen show up in the top lane with ignite and exhaust and you're going to be fucked because you're not going to be able to even melee a creep with out dying. If its too expensive you're going to be crippling champions like Galileo because he has to buy it in order to have good ults. Too cheap and you're basically just asking everybody to buy it which is problebly worse than everybody just using it in there summoners. | ||

Ghost can be used offensively to chase idk what the hell you are talking about. If you change it to be like vayne passive you can't use it defensively because using it defensively means you are running away, which means the chaser will always be faster than you. | ||
