Aye so I don’t think I’ve publicised these horrors before. I’d initially wanted to do a kind of TL collab on this but it both turned out to be much more of a pain in the arse to do technically than I anticipated, but also I’ve subsequently discovered I’m a better conceiver and starter of projects than a finisher.
Anyway, ‘enjoy’! Hey worst case youse get to know what yours truly looks like in the flesh. Albeit much younger, suppler flesh.
Shoutout to my RL buddy, co-caster and (alas lapsed TL presence) Clueless for his effort and the loan of a guitar for a bit, and the TLers who tried to contribute with a man rather lacking in organisational abilities
Dang, no offense but somehow I did not expect you to be this handsome Great play.
If you wanted to seriously pursue some collabs you'd probably have to do isolated, digital, high quality recordings. Not saying you didn't FWIW, honestly feel kinda stupid even mentioning it now because you are the person who had the vision and actually did it so you probably already know. But, I guess what I am saying is that if you share a raw recording of your guitar cover, it might get picked up and worked upon as opposed to these videos (though they are, of course, also welcome). Cheers.

Age hasn’t treated me well haha, but thanks! Said vids are just me noodling around with my old recording setup when I was in more of a writing phase rather than finished projects.
I got some fucking great parts from TLers but they weren’t always in a qualify I could easily incorporate just in a fidelity sense. Or if raw audio I got was a bit off tempo wise or w/e like there wasn’t a huge amount I could do with it
It’s been a fucking age since I did much musically but this definitely is on my bucket list to revisit.

Remote collaboration does sound tough.
Sounds a decent project for you!
It was a pity, I got some pretty damn cool parts that clearly would have sounded class if I was in the room, but the folks didn’t have the requisite recording gear so there was only so much I could do with them
Yeah I think it was trickier a decade+ ago, just in terms of file transfers, raw audio is pretty chunky. I’ve made it work with old band mates and collaborators but all of us used Logic and transcription software etc
Hey when I’m less busy trying to master the whole ‘adult life’ thing first, definitely be up for another crack at it!
