Funny how you can buy 3 tier 1 movespeed quints for about 500IP and get 2.5% or spend 6k+ for 4.5%. | ||

I do start Boots 3 Pots too, but MS quints give that little edge above your opponent, mostly because they will likely start boots 3 pots as well. | ||
