I hope they tweak creep camps otherwise some junglers are going to be pretty nerfed doing certain routes not hitting lvl 2 from Big golems or big buffs, IE no level 1 ganks top or bot next to double golem camps, seeing as how they moved the experience talent to an almost unreachable point for most AD junglers Edit:wow bladed armor seems kind of OP T.T 6 damage returned to creeps at level one is pretty huge double edit: Some real crap masteries in there now, 20/40 extra starting gold, 5% extra ward vision? Nerf to swiftness instead of 1-2-3 now .5-1.5-2% movespeed.

The gold masteries let you start with a Doran's + pot I guess.

I was checking the new masteries, and i see 22 points in utility, that means i wont reach the 3rd lvl in other areas. You think theres anything important in offense/defense 3rd lvl thats worth getting at the price of one less in utility?

Ok so I need some advice for my first rune page I have read most of the guides but I want to check with you. I want a versitile page so I thought going armor yellows, arpen reds, and mp5/lvl blues and health quints would be good for most ad based champs like ezreal and junglers.

arp/mpen reds, armor/mp5 yellows, mr/lvl blues, flat hp will work on everything
I run arp reds, armor/mp5 yellows, mr/lvl blues, ad quints on AD carries.

Take APen marks, flat Armor seals, flat MRes glyphs and flat AD quints imo. As a next step you can get flat AP quints and MPen marks. Armor seals and MRes glyphs are pretty solid on pretty much every single champ, and cheap on top of it.

Those news masteries make dodge useless now but the rest seems nice! Casters will hvae to choose between offense & utility and now defense seems a bit better.

While we are at it, I'd like to start a discussion about caster Quints. I used to run flat AP on basically every AP I played, but when I started maining Katarina, I switched over to MS quints. I decided to try them on other champs like Annie, Brand, Cass, Sion and realized they felt vastly superior over flat AP quints. It's always like DODGE ALL THE PILLARS OF FLAME, OUTRUN ALL THE THINGS, ALWAYS LIVE NEVER DIE!
I don't know, personally, I like them a LOT more than flat AP quints. Opinions?

Imo they want supports/roamers to spec into utility and the APs/tanks to spec in offence/defence. The movespeed mastery is much higher up so u don't have to invest as many points. Also now defence also have CDR and CDR in offence was very slightly buffed, so that u aren't forced to take utility tree if u need CDR.

I don't have the IP for movement speed quints, but I've been meaning to get them for a while. They are basically the only quints that are really useful throughout the whole game. As far as dodging in the lane goes, I usually start boots+3pots anyway, so I don't really need the movement speed for that. More movement speed is always nice to have though (when have you ever thought, nah my lings are fast enough, I don't need to upgrade speed :D).

I do start Boots 3 Pots too, but MS quints give that little edge above your opponent, mostly because they will likely start boots 3 pots as well.

You can go 0-21-9 on a lot of tanky champs and grab the 3% MS if 70% health or more and 2% from swiftness to have a near permenant MS boost of ~5% instead of the old 0-9-21 or 0-21-9 where you had a perm 3% or no perm boost and got 10% boost from swiftness. That's prob them thinking "we want to get rid of chance but need to nerf numbers to compensate for the MS being more reliable." :/

I love movespeed, I'm always getting 21 utility and movespeed quints on all my champions and constantly thinking - how can I include a FoN, Trinity, PD or Lich bane in my build.
