for the record
Mordekaiser's E has always added a flat amount for each target hit
This is what is being removed
it still generates shield based on the damage being dealt to all targets
more of an issue is the half shield generated off creeps with one compensatory buff (+5% shield gen at early levels)

Morde's E currently give you 1/2/3/4/5 extra shield generation per thing hit, beyond the whatever% damage dealt. I pretty sure they're just removing that.

I think Brand E change is still significant, he really relies on chaining spells, and even one spell being harder to hit is gonna make him significantly weaker. Good change imo. W damage is manageable if he doesn't get to E you first.

I was excited for Vlad buffs. This is pretty meh...WotA/Hat/Void/Hourglass/Abyssal/QSS/Boots means a lot of time I'm not even gonna get a Rylais, and certainly not as an early item...Basically non existent change for me ;d

Yay Sion buffs :3

Good patch overall, except for random Singed buff. WTF lol.

Oddly enough, they seem backwards. The Redeemed one isn't as good as it's splash art, but the Elite one is actually kinda cool in game. I'll probably just stick with the standard though, until I decide if I like her or not.

I don't think I've ever randomly walked into a bush and died from a teemo shroom. Maybe as I've run away after a battle with 5% health. I have however walked into a jotb nest and died before the fear ran out...There's not even anything you can do about it either since the only way to pop them is to facecheck...

They've been wanting to rework stealth since Jan or Feb so I wouldn't get my hopes too high for that ^_^

The difference between AP teemo and AP shaco is that you can only have 1 DOT per shroom(you take initial damage though), and you can take full DOT from JITB stacks if your unlucky.

A really fed ap teemo is extremely scary though.

i just played a game with my low lvl friend
went 32-5-11, and we were playing 4v5, and my friend was terrible

played garen. merc treads + 4 warmogs + atmas and it was SO HILARIOUS

extremely fun, the other team was absolutely terrible

I don't really know why they buffed Singed. I might start playing Shen and Vlad with those buffs. Shen AP buffs didn't do anything. I wouldn't get a Rylai just to add 40 more hp to my ult. I really like the 0 energy ult though.
