I wonder if they're buffing Cass' ultimate. I don't play her much, but I like the rest of her toolkit a lot more than her "ogawd, hope this works" ultimate.

How does it even matter if you are rushing Omen? Assuming Omen remains unchanged barely anything will change.

Wow that's insane, just a standard Q E W combo would deal 24% of max hp...

Also yeah no one will get Randuins anymore, Frozen just infinitely better.

Big nerf to Tanky DPS and anti-heals like Kat and MF. Xin and Mundo get hit by the nerfbat. IE is looking better than before. Singed looks like a beast now. And another nerf to Shen's ult.

Also, Brand is Annie v2.0.

EDIT:
Morello with correction to Randuins. Overall, 300 cheaper now with less armour and more hp.
Hey all,

There's a patch note error on Randuin's Omen. The actual changes are:

* Cost reduced by 150 gold
* Armor reduced to 55 from 80
* Health increased to 350 from 300

We'll be correcting this on the announcement shortly.


Also, an interesting comment about Singed:
So we take away his tons of free offense and split-pushing ability, give him true-tank defense steroid.

I was worried you guys would get mad at the nerf.

Because a champ with 1 conditional single-target stun is comparable to a champ with one of the best AoE initiating stuns in the game.

Brand is all damage, whereas half the reason you take Annie is her ability to dish out AoE stuns consistently throughout a fight.

Unless the spotlight says otherwise, that debuff won't overlap, so good luck spacing your spells to get that 24% max HP.

Actually, if you want the secondary effects of his spells, you have to ditch at least 1 tick every time.

# Will of the Ancients spellvamp increased to 25% from 20%


Increasing the Spell Vamp on Revolver boggles my mind. For the same cost as Gunblade you can have 60% Spell Vamp and 120 AP. It takes three inventory slots, sure, but you'll be in over 10k gold before you need to even start thinking about turning one into WotA or Gunblade.

wait did they reduce the cost of ie by 250 because of the changes to its components or did they make up for it with the combine cost?

makes no sense to buff it that much imo.

Since it's basically AP Jarman passive tho that basically means he's OP as heck whether you wait for the ticks or not, Jarman so OP they didn't dare nerf him this patch.

I wanted to say f yes to this, but I wanted to abuse having a stun in lane so booo. Who else has some imba CC top. Any ideas? hmmmm... I know mid has ashe stun, and urgOPT suppression+slow+give mr and armor+longer range singed toss and his pool.

IEdge buff was supposed to help ranged carries but they just buffed windamere, plankman, maybe some other dudes. Hope IE still costs 4K+ overall.

Brand, The Burning Vengeance

* Blaze (Passive): Brand's spells light his targets ablaze, dealing 2% of their maximum Health in magic damage per second for 4 seconds.

* Pillar of Flame: After a short delay, Brand creates a pillar of flame at a target area, dealing magic damage to enemy units with the area. Units that are ablaze take an additional 25% damage.
* Conflagration: Brand conjures a powerful blast at his target, dealing magic damage to them. If the target is ablaze, the conflagration spreads to nearby enemies.
* Pyroclasm (Ultimate): Brand unleashes a devastating torrent of fire, dealing damage each time it bounces. If a target is ablaze, Pyroclasm's missile speed increases.

Since the Fire totally has some other significance to the game apart from looks.

But yeah it seems like this new guy is all about damage and might be fun to play with, but I really wonder how he compares to some other pure dmg casters like Veigar.

Think they want to make spell vamp more viable. Considering they made the new ryze's ult give spell vamp and now this. And Blaze's passive seems similar to a combo between Jarvan and lux's. It's a % base like Jarvan's but you need to ignite it like lux's. Maybe he'll be similar to lux (who is compared to annie for her burst). The Pillar sounds like trundles but does damage instead of slow so may not be horrible with a stun + wall.

edit: It's not a pillar like trundles. Just it's animation is a pillar......zzzz -_-
So 1 single skillshot stun and they need to be ablaze for it to stun.
