Healding debuff from impure shot reduced to 3 seconds down from 8, wait do people still play MF? oh and love the BF and CoA price reduction and then buffing IE. lol I like that one | ||

Eh it helps Caitlyn, MF (you can get IE on her again where BT was usually better after nerf), and AD TF (although I think he's better AP). Those are the only ranged carries that actually suffer the "I'm squishy as fuck and do a lot of damage but not enough, please kill me" syndrome. Corki, Ez, urgot, and teemo all are generally built tankier than a standard ranged carry (trist, MF etc) or have really good repositioning skills/do a ton of damage without IE and another item in place of it (BT, BC, Triforce). Sivir is a special case since she'll always be good with just BT's + LW as her AD b/c of ricochet. | ||

So now while having equal cost, it provides 5% more crit (which is huge, considering you already have the +50% Crit Damage). It also is more convenient to build with the changes to BF and Cloak. | ||

By the way the IE buff was definitely needed, it didn't give enough for the price. For the price of the IE, Trinity offered a lot more utility and everything else whereas IE only gives damage. No movespeed or anything like that. | ||

Xin was considered a melee dps by the community last I checked, the type of champion they've been trying to make viable for the past year. They should have left him as is and remade him if they dont like his skill design, especially considering the change is aimed at low tier games and no one even complains about him anyway. As usual we are just going to be acting testers for this patch on the live realm. Seems like we will be back where we started a few months ago with ranged dps dominating, and then riot will try something else to make your melee dps viable. | ||
