I doubt the changes will kill junglers in solo queue. Most players in low Elo, where the question even matters, aren't coordinated enough to 2v1 in such a way as to counter a jungler. Moreover the nerf to Doran's items and other early game health boosts doesn't affect many junglers who don't use them, and only makes it easier for them to kill their gank targets (who will be affected).

Yeah its a mixed bag. for straight up games with 2 jungles, junglers got a huge buff because now they dont even have to kill the person when ganking, doing damage that wont be regened is enough. As for 2v1 lanes, well, tower hugging is going to be in, and since most junglers dont get health items anyway, their ganks should be relatively stronger compared to this patch, so it could end up benefiting them there too.

Ok, just to clarify:
They're nerfing mana runes, but buffing base mana regen. People who take mana runes won't see much change at all, right? Meanwhile, your smurfs won't have to go manamune on AD carries to spam shit on noobs. Apparently, a lot of people haven't realized this. Riot should really try and let people know... because the message boards and facebook are freaking out. It's a buff!

Yes, this is correct. For 90%+ of the people in LiquidParty, there's not going to be much difference in their mana situation. But those players leveling smurfs, they should have an easier time on their new accounts.

It's a buff to all mana users who didn't take MP5 runes before. Although it kinda depends a bit on how much Meditation is nerfed.

Jiji plays Anivia with HP/lvl seals, and Kassadin/Annie are both playable with defensive options in the seal slot instead of MP5/lvl.

Teemo was never limited by mana though. CD was more of a limiting factor.

MP5/lvl runes don't even scale to a meaningful amount of regen until after a few levels--they're not even worth a Doran's Ring's regen until level 5. If anything, the greatest low-level effect comes from the Meditation mastery, not from the runes.

She works just fine during laning with Meditation and DRing. I use APen/Armor/MRes/HP on her and harrass people out of lane with minimal effort.
I don't really play her anymore though because she is pretty much useless mid/late without Locket.

You don't actually want to have your healing on the same champ as your damage: You will just get stunlocked and die without dealing damage OR getting healed.
