According to new masteries in a thread: Mediation nerfed to 1 per level, from 1.66.

Therefore, "buff' to base mana regen for anyone who took mediation is .5 mana/5 sec, which is less than mp5 = nerf.

Nidalee buff for being able to still start with doran ring.

Long sword 2 pots gonna be new norm for carries, or mass pots and bead for harder lanes.

Easier first bloods might encourage more ignite.

Long Sword price change? Otherwise you'll be stuck with 1 pot, and DBlade will most likely be superior to that.

If you wait at base for another pot you risk getting your jungle jacked.

Depending on how SOS turns out, mana crystal may be legit for sheen users.

Whatever, you just time your bluepill so that you port back just as you are about to hit 35g, while still guarding your jungler until then.

Pretty sure mana crystal opening will lose horribly to long sword opening if each had 2 potions even with SOS taken into Consideration.

That still leaves your jungler vulnerable. A significant number of teams will wait until they know your jungler has engaged their first creep camp or buff camp and then swing in. With your plan, you'll be back at fountain or barely exiting the base when this happens. At best you made the situation a 4v5, and at worst the rest of the team followed your lead and went about their business.
