Most of the time, if they sneak off to gank him after he starts his buff, you being there isn't going to save him; he took a risky opening and paid for it. You really shouldn't be babysitting your jungler to the extent of giving up a potential advantage for yourself.
You can actually more or less get back to him before be gets low enough to be ganked as a matter of fact, even if you make the trip back, since you arrive mid more or less when the minions clash with each other.

Kayle and Nid are technically support by their design, but that doesn't mean they are best played as that. Kayle is a really good dps and nid can be as well. (Kayle was the first champion I played and my original main and I always played her dps) Heck, hotshot carry's teams as nid all the time. There are different styles of plays for champs because many are hybrid and so you can build them in a way that fits different roles.

i literally, from summoner level 1 through summoner level 30, and after hundreds of games since, have not seen rally used in a single game that was not a TL "TAKE 5 RALLIES AND 4 WARDS EACH AND KILL FIRST TOWER" game
and i will continue to not see it as long as ghost, flash, ignite, exhaust, teleport, and clairvoyance are in the game

I feel like that Teemo change is actually a REALLY big deal. He's pretty amazing in lane with that change. Blinding shot + Move Quick active is a free 4-5 autoattacks on any hero, plus the poison sting damage.

Teemo #1 Carry? That seriously sounds ridiculously overpowered. *If* you managed to hit him during Move Quick he will now go twice as fast. I don't see how he's gankable without a crazy CC train.
Akali nerf isn't really unexpected. It was weird that it affected towers when many other champion passives didn't, and certain builds could melt towers faster than a Yi.
