I asked a 1800ish jungle trynd main (don't remember who) what his route was, he told me that and I've been using it ever since. It's sick when jungling with someone is weak early, fast and very hp efficient and hard to disrupt

I'm aware that every other day someone complains about their teammates or matchmaking. I'm also aware that I gave a rather typical story. However, I was also asking for concrete information about matchmaking. Ignore the story if it angers you, but you can at least read the whole post before you decide that I'm just complaining. I figured a post without the story would be less interesting. I certainly didn't expect people tell me to carry harder. Not everyone on the TL forums is as inept as the folk you'll meet on the LoL servers. No need to bring the same type of attitude.
I'll drop the subject after this post, since I don't want to be a broken record, and I've clearly already asked about heuristics. However, considering how my last post was misconstrued as just a 'bitchfest' I figured one last attempt would be enough to clarify.

if your friends elos are significantly below yours, when you queue together, it acts like they're higher elo because it assumes that they are smurfs or that you'll be able to stop too hard if it just averages out.
I dunno, it's more complicated and shit, but there's a reason most good players have smurfs to play with their bad irl friends.

So you have this number attached to your account called "elo", not like electric light orchestra, its like a way to approximately gauge your skill level relative to other people. The way it works is that as you win more games the number goes up (see: addition). When you lose games, however, the number goes down (subtraction). Now when you enter "queue" it's like you are put into a biggggg pot. Everything is swirly whirly with people who have different elos!! But then, the magic of the computer comes along and sweeps up people who have similar elo. These people are then put into the same game (not physically, in the game) and then they play league of legends. I'm sure there are a lot of subtleties but we can come away with a lesson here: win games and you'll get matched with supposedly better people!!!
Unfortunately this is a very horrible system, and only Jazriel knows the real way to balance matchmaking.

EDIT: Btw ryze's OP, I was solo mid as teemo and he harrasses every 3 sec out of my range, and when I'm at 70% hp its Q W attack Q E attack Q and I have no chance to live... even bought a negatron soon after, no effect QQ

I agree that the new Ryze is really absurdally strong vs some champions, his harass is so powerful and i feel like he is one of these champions that once they are ahead it's hard to stop them.
On a side note - there's no better feeling than turning on CLG stream at the perfect moment to hear "WHAT THE FUCK????" followed by random excuse. BRB turning on HSGG soundboard

Unfortunately the link doesn't really have information on the actual teambuilding process. It only shows an obvious example of how full teams are matched. Unless I'm horribly mistaken, at one point Zilean released this information. It had various tolerance thresholds and the degree to which they were relaxed as queue time and server load increased. But, as far as I remember, that post was removed. It would have been around the time LoL was Beta or shortly after it. I'm simply trying to rediscover that information.
Moral of the story: Don't post anything remotely resembling QQ or people won't read your post past a few buzzwords unless you're Shikyo. They'll also reactively tell you to carry harder. As a result, others won't read your post and simply jump on the Anti-QQ bandwagon resulting in a shitstorm unique to the League of Legends community. <3 TL

The better question is why are you soloing Teemo against a caster . . .
But I agree that Ryze destroys any squishies in lane without any issue. Nobody can just "shrug off" his constant barrage of Q's. His instastun W is also pretty OP.

No, it's genuine. In general I enjoy the forum's groupthink. Elite communities need to have gruff exteriors to deny entry to the common folk. It creates a higher standard. Why Nidaree most fun champ to pray? You have so much utirity with Nidaree that makes her so exciting to pray. Nidaree, first off, has very good push abirity with cougar form sperrs that cost no mana and her hear that gives you bonus attack speed to push. Secondry, her traps give her contror of a zone around top rane that herps you maintain contror over top and know enemy positioning. Even if you push, cougar form speed bonus and pounce combined with ghost and frash, traps, and wards arrow you to get away. Rate game she transitions into a hearer and poke dmger that is impossibre to stop without a sperr that gives hear reduction. Main point of nidaree eary to mid game is to take top tower if you have a weaker rane opponent, and maintain contror of top side jungre. By pushing, you focus enemy attention towards top so objectives mid and bot are reft unattended, forcing ress than 5 vs 5 fights. If they reave you arone, you have free reign to push towers, force enemy team to miss creeps by not being there to take creep exp, and take their jungre minions and towers. With nidarees, super high mobirity, you can even force 1 or 2 peopre top, and then terr your team to force an objective or a fight, and then use cougar form to run towards the fight, and just simpry win with numbers. Nidaree rearry strong in rane, rearry strong push, rearry strong map contror, rearry strong earry to mid game dmg with cougar, strong transition into a rate game poker and hearer that is impossibre to stop without hear reduction sperrs.
