By the time you save up for the good ones, better ones will have come out.
Just dust every stone cold unplayable card you get and it goes by faster than you might think.

I recall reading this as confirmed working as intended.
As for the discussion about legendary crafting, on this forum at http://www.liquidhearth.com/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=971 There is discussion, with simulations, as to the most efficient crafting strategies and number of packs expected.

Does anybody know where you can get your hands on the arena deck tracker tool that Trump and a few others use?

Sorry, I was talking about the card counter to know which card you have left in your deck once you played it on the board.

you normally dont take damage from heroes equipped with weapons because your attacking them directly in your turn so their weapons are inactive, but it was your turn so the weapon was active, i guess.

I just started playing hearthstone and for now am focusing on shaman. In my noobish opinion I seem to be in need of some cc/nuke cards (read: cards that can damage 1 or more enemy minions like forked lightning). What is the fastest way to obtain those? Play with this deck of suck until my fingers bleed (10 gold per 3 wins and hoping that gold buys me useful cards instead of a pack of cards that my shaman cant even use) or is there a faster way?

why do people need 5 minutes to decide what to play of their 4 cards at turn 1?

What happens when a warlock casts Sacrificial pact while the opponent mage has a spellbender secret active?

I've wondered this too. Same with rampage.

This is just a quick curious question about the history of the game thus far: has there been a class that has been the most consistently powerful? Classes and their relative power seem to be constantly in flux from the standpoint of a new observer. Alternatively, has any class been consistently weak or incomplete?

I think paladin has always been strong, but was only really top for a bit. Shaman was considered weak earlier, I think, but is now starting to swing into popularity a bit. Hunter's strength has seemed to follow Unleash the Hound's power.

Thanks jrkirby. One other question: who is typically a stronger cheap spell power booster, kobold geomancer or dalaran mage? I figure kobold is typically better because his lower mana cost means easier combos, but he doesn't offer as much sustained spell power as dalaran. Not sure if that's at all significant though.

Dalaran mage is generally considered to suck, as most 1 attack/1 health minions are. Kobold is your replacement if you can't get your hand's on a bloodmage thalnos. Ogre Magi doesn't suck, but you can't combo him very easily. Azure drake is a quality spellpower minion as well.
The thing about kobold geomancer is that in a pinch you can play him on turn 2 and trade with their 3/2. Bloodmage thalnos replaces himself with a card so he's fine as well. Dalaran Mage just dies and doesn't kill anything. If you manage to get an extra damage with a spell, he's still not worth it usually, because you just wasted a card.
