Short answer: Before = he will be at 1 hp.
Long answer: The Battlecry of a creature is something that is always triggered early, especially before secrets. This is very important to know because of things like Mirror Entity! If you play a Frostwolf Warlord, the Mirror Entity version will have the same buffed stats as yours! Same goes with Ancient of War. If it gets mirrored, it will be the exact same 5/10 or 10/5 and not only a measly 5/5 as one might hope. Explanation: Battlecrys always trigger before anything else. A mirrored creature does NOT trigger its Battlecry again, but it will have the same stats as the minion which was played before, thus inheriting your creatures "battlecryed" stats (Druids' "choose one" stuff and Rogues' "combos" do work exactly the same way as a battle cry).

Probably been answered before, but how does matchmaking in casual mode work? Is there a hidden ranking for it or do you play whomever happens to be queue up for it at the same time?

As it stands there is no "ELO" system in casual. You could face a brand new player, or you could face Mr. 15 Legendaries.
I don't believe that's a verified fact, but it's the general consensus.

As do I when I play casual and I keep myself at rank 20 so it is probably a separate ladder or completely random

I'm trying to keep myself at 20, leaving a game after every winning in ranked mode, and it's much easier for me than casual. It's just my way to maximize the time/quest ratio and save gold for arena.
I definitively think that in casual game the randomness makes everything much difficult than in ranked mode.

Q: How many booster decks does it take on average to receive every expert card? (I read something about 512 somewhere?)

Completely agree it is much easier to play practice and experiment at rank 20 than in casual in my experience

Well I just started playing and I've noticed that even the 21-25 ranks have a fair number of people with legendaries due to the reset. Casual mode, on the other hand, has given me nothing but other noobs. I've played like 8-10 casual games and won them all thanks to the basic guides here. So either I've gotten really lucky with my opponents or perhaps casual mode does have a non-random matchmaking method. Total number of wins? Highest rank achieved? Hidden Elo?

So is there any known fix to not getting a daily quest? 2 days I haven't gotten one, and I keep restarting my client but it isn't doing anything.

Have you played any actual games? Afaik, a new quest only shows up after you played a match.

Yes you can.

I'm terribly sorry if it has been asked before but...
if you Faceless Manipulator a Auchenai Soulpriest as Pally and you attack with Truesilver Champion - do you take 2 damage from the Truesilver heal? I admit, it's more of a question out of curiosity
edit: Thanks, LingsAreBunnies

I havent tested truesilver specifically, but you do take damage from holy light so I would assume its the same thing for truesilver.

From my experience, this is true. Altough i do not know wether it is intended to work that way or if it is a bug.
