European Union (Withdrawal): Motion submitted under standing order 24 (emergency debates) - probably will be debated at around 19 BST today: That the House has considered the matter of the need to take all necessary steps to ensure that the United Kingdom does not leave the European Union on 31 October 2019 without a withdrawal agreement and accordingly makes provision as set out in this order: https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201719/cmagenda/OP190903so24.pdf

Corbyn still hasn’t put forwards a clear plan on resolving the EU crisis and FPTP is devastating for third parties.

edit: To be clear, I mean that he's making claims about things (for example, saying what is going on is constitutionally irregular but when asked why he dodges the question) but refusing to justify his claims and is instead turn the question back on the person asking.

Did he basically say Brexit won't harm the British economy? It's pretty telling that people from his own party are calling him out on some of the things he is saying. yeah, the other MPs intervening need to keep their questions short, it just gives Mogg room to evade and only answer a part of their question instead of the most important part

1) Scotland did not vote for the damaging tory brexit 2) Scotland must be allowed to make it's voice heard and as tories don't seem to be interested, it should do so as an independent nation. Your criticism of BBC is still valid tho. But if they want to speak over someone he is pretty reasonable choice in terms of something unexpected being missed.

Has a breakdown in Parliament, loses a vote and then loses more seats in a day than Theresa May did in the election.

Apparently one of those who got booted from the Conservatives today as a result of their vote was Winston Churchill's grandson. Several other high profile people were also including the longest serving Conservative MP. edit: haha Kwark beat me to it.

Is he going to refuse to debate again? I don't think the public will accept it.
