All brought about by their own incompetence and disregard for nations and peoples.

Germany does not have a reasonable chance of voting for leave. 86% are in favor of the EU as an idea/institution. Around 50% think that the EU has to much power over certain decisions.
A referendum in germany has zero chance for "gerxit". The other 7 though do.

I think Italy is the next to go. Eurosceptic mayor just elected in Rome.

Dax fut almost -10% from the top. Will be a fun day tomorrow for traders.
Don't think Italy,or any country that has the euro currency, can afford to leave. They have to much invested in the euro,it would be catastrophic.

EU is probably not really able to reform itself. Would be amazing, if they could finally make big decisions unanimously. But there have been comments from EU people, that now that the 'blockers' are gone they could at long last go to the next step of integration they so strive for...

So does what are the chances Cameron survives as PM.

I agree with Kwark on little, but I think it's clear chances for negociations instead of outright leave are highly likely. How strong uk's hand will be in those negociation might depend in part on the reactions of financial insitutions to the prospect of leaving really happening : terrified or merely very afraid.

I would imagine not high. People will see the effects it will have on Britain and it won't be pleasant.

Initially virtual assured. But I can't see how his position remains tenable once the negotiations start

Yes its over. It wasn't even close in the end, very polarized result.
Bbc has been such a delight tonight. Civilised people with civilized television. Cameron I don't see him survive, though the failure of the referendum is maybe more the fault of labour. At least that's the impression I got from watching the bbc tonight.
