I see i need both gallente and minmatar skills for this ship, should i still make a new account for this one or try to reach it on my already existing gallente account? My plan is to support my playtime with lvl 4 missions, and try to play as much pvp as possible with you guys. Haha, oh eve how i miss you <3 I guess i have to tell you guys how much SP i have on my gallente account for you to help me out

Theres certainly no shame though in sticking it out with missioning to get back on your financial feet. When you get comfortable and flush getting a missioning alt or learnign to mission/run sites in null with us is also an option. http://eveboard.com/ if you through in your info there I'm sure some one would help see what you needed to be useful also CCP SoniClover wrote: Just a quick note on why we're looking into adding new modules, rather than focus completely on fixing/balancing existing stuff - what we're looking into is creating a fluid tactical environment that shifts over time. So we're not looking into creating an uber-balanced utopia ala Starcraft II that, once achieved, we can then walk away from. Rather, we want to achieve a more chaotic environment where 'best' fittings change rapidly and the value of items (modules, rigs, ships) is relative based on the current metagame rather than fixed in eternity. The idea is that a fluid, ever-changing environment like that will have more long-term appeal in a game like EVE than a static uber-balanced system does. an interesting approach additionally according to the CSM minutes, talos bad, naga OP (as in supposedly the best t3 according to both csm and ccp), talos to receive more buffs.

Other gems include the Nullsec Alliance leaders want ways to shut down and disable our 0.0 npc stations, because tis unfair that they can be used to harass and attack them.

They made it sound like that was primarily an anti-cap thing, but I can't remember the last time CCP nerfed something the right way. Also, drake nerf incoming. Suddenly, the true reason for Kwark's recent Gallente lovefest becomes apparent.

Basically there would be a module for them to attack that would regen over time in the system. Other awesome CSM proposals were to reduce their reliance on moon mining (reducing my PI demand those assholes) and more reliant on actually taxing the foolish pleb members they have on activities. "Delve is now a ghetto that nobody cares about!" they be hatin on our home yo proposed drake nerf is removal of resist bonus, exchanging for a rate of fire bonus The lowsec discussion is especially awesome. The CSM wants FW to be the test dummies for all future sov changes. That more intel systems are required for lowsec, and that FW should become a purely sov system in low, and that there is no way to actually make money in low, nor ways to get fights. Most importantly you can not make money pvping in low sec. This all loops back to the opening statement when talking about adjusting the size and selection of CSM individuals where the CSM states, we're in charge because "we [obviously] talk to people who know their shit."

"The Drake: The CSM and CCP both acknowledged the need to rebalance the Drake, which ‘does everything too well’. CCP is considering giving it a more offensive role like a Raven or Caracal where it would lose the shield resistance bonus and the 5% Kinetic damage bonus and instead gain a rate of fire bonus and a missile velocity bonus. The CSM vehemently approved of this idea. CCP and the CSM also agreed that this possible change to the Drake would help add more uniqueness to the Nighthawk, which is presently overshadowed entirely by the Drake."

He can get the 50 votes all by himself! The voice of the small gang, horrible accounting, lowsec piracy, and the drake.

However, even in this rediculous situation we still are able to smash them in terms of ships lost and isk loss. Fighting in thier space where they have a station they can dock at and we can't, giving them all the time in the world to get whatever composition and ship mods they choose to try and coutner us on top of them having a scorpion or falcon for every one of us. Oh, and they have 4 or 5 other ships for each one of us. This is the end result of our long battle, a total of 2.49 Billion isk destroyed by us, with 0.52 billion lost. This is 12 TL ships vs 61 cascade imminent ships. + Show Spoiler + ![]() Sorry for the low quality, I couldn't get a screen shot of thier entire fleet even with my browser zoomed all the way out, so if you want to see it up close here's the link http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_related&kll_id=12170822

In the defense of drake, their fleet was pretty brutal for drakeing, warping in from all side including fast tackle, and leaving a very well tanked proteus with faction long point + faction scram and an arazu to burn after us (+ jamming ships). Nados were really good for that kind of shit because theyre fast / agile enough to burn around and get out of the point range of these 2, drakes a little less. Anyways, lots of fun times, made some mistakes but overall for what it was we crushed them. Managed to burn through 1k nanite in 3 hours, pretty insane.

I used to play Eve for only one purpose: To smash fail alliances. Look at my kb stats at all the Vanguard kills. I really hope these guys are still stupid when I resub in March. I will make them afraid to do anything but ship spin! ![]()
